With more than 20 years in the home improvement industry, I help homeowners navigate renovation projects with clarity and confidence—while avoiding the costly mistakes that often come with construction. I work exclusively on your behalf through every phase of the process: strategic planning, contractor selection, bid review, budgeting, scheduling, and quality oversight throughout construction. My role is to protect your investment by simplifying complex decisions, managing expectations, and helping ensure your project stays on track and on budget. Whether you need full project oversight or just guidance in a specific area, my services are flexible and offered à la carte. Some homeowners hire me to review bids before signing a contract. Others bring me in to help select contractors, oversee key phases of construction, or provide a second set of experienced eyes when something doesn’t feel right. You choose the level of involvement that fits your project, your budget, and your comfort level.

• Architectural: assistance getting connected with the appropriate architect when applicable. 
• Contractor Selection: assistance with selecting the appropriate contractor for your project.
• Contracts: review of all contracts, making sure everything is in writing and protects you! 
• Warranty Negotiation: negotiate the best possible warranty for your project.
• Pre-Construction: meeting with contractor making sure that everyone is on the same page.
• Project Management:  walking the project daily making quality checks. 
• Pre-Close Construction: compile a punch list of any items needing attention. 
• Construction Close: assistance closing project once all items are complete.
• Warranty Claims: assistance with warranty claims for the life of the warranty period.
