• Contracts: review of all contracts, making sure everything is in writing and protects you! 
• Warranty Negotiation: negotiate the best possible warranty for your project.
• Pre-Construction: meeting with contractor making sure that everyone is on the same page.
• Project Management:  walking the project daily making quality checks. 
• Pre-Close Construction: compile a punch list of any items needing attention. 
• Construction Close: assistance closing project once all items are complete.
• Warranty Claims: assistance with warranty claims for the life of the warranty period.
