From managing budgets and timelines to negotiating deals and ensuring quality control. An Owner's Rep is both a shield and a strategist, saving you from costly mistakes ensuring that the project is delivered as promised.

• Concept: FREE in person consultation on feasibility, budget and financing.
• Design/Architectural: I will connect you with the appropriate architect if needed. Their FEE is separate.
• Contractor Selection: Together, we will choose the appropriate contractor for your project.
• Contracts: I review all contracts, making sure everything is in writing and that you are PROTECTED!
• Warranty Negotiation: I negotiate the best possible warranty for your project.
• Pre-Construction: We meet with contractor and their team, making sure that everyone is on the same page.
• Construction Management:  I (we) walk the project daily making quality checks, keeping the job moving.
• Pre-Close Construction: We make a punch list of any items needing attention. 
• Construction Close: We sign off on the project once all items are complete.
• Warranty Claims: I help with understanding warranty claims and how they work.
